Title: Topical Cream for the treatment of Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC)

Study Description: If you decide to participate in this study and are eligible for enrollment, you will be “randomized,” which means that you will be assigned randomly (similar to a flip of a coin) to receive either G-024856 cream or placebo equivalent (an inactive agent). Your chance of being assigned to G-024856 is > 80%. Neither your doctor nor you will know whether you have been assigned to receive G-024856 or placebo. The treated BCC site will be cut out (excised) at the end of the study to ensure that the BCC has been completely removed.

* Age Range: From 18 To 90 years
* Gender: Male & Female
* Ethnicity: All
* Race: All
* Smoking: Both Smoking and Non Smoking Volunteers
* Medication: No Restriction
* This study is seeking: patients with specified condition

o Must be otherwise generally healthy
o Women of childbearing potential may not participate.
o Women who are pregnant or nursing may not participate.
o single or multiple BCC
Compensation: $25 for each completed visit and each biopsy.
