RSS is a family of web feed formats, specified in XML and used for Web syndication. RSS is used by (among other things) news websites, weblogs and podcasting. The abbreviation is variously used to refer to the following standards:

* Rich Site Summary (RSS 0.91, RSS 1.0)
* RDF Site Summary (RSS 0.9 and 1.0)
* Real-time Simple Syndication (RSS 2.0)
Read RSS feeds
RSS feeds bring automatically updated information straight to your desktop. You can monitor news, blogs, job listings, personals, and classifieds. More and more sites offer feeds, which you can identify by a small button that says either RSS or XML. However, if you click one of these links, you will most likely get a page full of code in your browser. To properly read the feed, you need an RSS reader. Here's how to get and use one.
Receiving the feeds
To make use of XML-based feeds, you need a reader. You can choose stand-alone applications or web-based options. The following are popular choices:

• Newsgator (Read the feeds in Outlook)


• Feed reader (Windows)


• Straw (Linux)


• NetNewsWire (Mac OS X)


• Bloglines (Web)


• Mozilla - Thunderbird and Firefox (E-mail and Web)

I just tried this reader and it works! FeedReader

After you get the reader, all you have to do is click on a forum RSS feed on my site: They look like this After you click on it it will bring you to a page that says this

All you have to do is copy and paste that url into your RSS reader. Or right click on the image "copy link location" and paste into your RSS reader
