Millennium Biotechnologies Inc., wholly owned subsidiary of Millennium Biotechnologies Group, Inc. announced today that it has entered into an amendment of it's November 9th 2007 Master Purchase Contract with Provider Services, Inc. to increase their quarterly purchase commitment from Six Hundred Thousand Dollars to One Million Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars effective July 1 2008.
