CAMBRIDGE, Mass.----Biogen Idec Inc. today announced that both RiskMetrics Group/ISS Governance Services and Glass, Lewis & Co. recommend that Biogen Idec stockholders vote the WHITE proxy card FOR all four of Biogen Idec's nominees for election to the Board at the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 19.
